All pets must be up to date on
all vaccinations.
v Aggressive/biting dogs will not be tolerated.
v Untrained
dogs that continuously struggle, urinate, or defecate during the grooming process will be returned to owner unfinished
at full price.
v Pets must be healthy and able to stand on their own.
v All
appointments must be made a minimum of 3 weeks in advance when available. Some seasons may require more advanced notice.
v New
clients will NOT be added to the schedule less than two weeks prior to a holiday. This policy holds firm to ensure that priority
is given to existing clients with a dependable history.
v
It is preferred that pets be on
a 2, 4, or 6 week maintenance schedule. If you choose to be added to the schedule without setting a maintenance schedule,
you can be postponed or canceled for someone who is willing to commit to a regular schedule.
v There
will be additional charges for pets with more than 6 weeks growth, or matted coats.
v New
clients, or clients that wait longer than 6 weeks between appointments, must pay a 50% (NON REFUNDABLE) deposit prior to first
appointment.
v Prices are non-negotiable. Discounts are NOT available for multiple dogs.
v Pet
owners will be responsible for any and all damage caused by their pets. This includes damage to the grooming salon, vehicle
and/or groomer.
v Appointment time slots are approximate. Due to unforeseeable
traffic patterns, weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions, or extended grooming time of an earlier appointment, groomer
may be delayed up to an hour. In such cases we will call as soon as possible to inform you of the time adjustment.
v Appointments
are scheduled by route.
v
Pet owners are not allowed in the mobile unit during
the grooming process. Pets are easily distracted by the presence of "their people".
